Junior Varsity

(Beginner/Intermediate) -  This program embraces the comprehension of the base fundamentals needed to advance to the “Creative Freedom” level of teaching.   Players will also learn the value of hard work as well as mental and physical preparation necessary for advancement in basketball and life.  Hoop Dreams focuses on the basic fundamentals of the game i.e. -  passing, shooting, defense, rebounding, footwork, ball handling, dribbling, etc.

JV Workout Schedule

Tuesday - 4:00 to 5:30pm at the MJCC

Thursday - 4:00 to 5:30pm at the MJCC

Saturday – 4:00 to 5:30pm at the MJCC
