Whenever anyone see’s him or her they are ALWAYS in the gym! If you haven’t figured it out yet, the difference between one player & another has to do solely with what their WORK ETHIC is like. Chris Mullin (Hall of Fame NBA player) embodies what it means to be “the ultimate Gym Rat” and where it can take you! He had keys to his high school and grammar school gyms so that there was no excuse that he didn’t work on his game EVERYDAY!
